Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions set forth apply to all orders made on OH MY EYES’ Webshop on www.ohmyeyes-eyewear.com, henceforth “the Webshop” covering all future transactions with OH MY EYES AB, henceforth “OME”, as well as visits to the site. OME reserves the right to continuously revise these terms and conditions. It is in the users’ interests to keep up to date with such changes.

Disclaimer
OME does not guarantee that all items included in the OME Webshop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been updated on the Webshop, OME will notify you about this by either email or phone. Customers will then have the option to choose an alternative item or cancel the order in question and receive a refunded of the purchase.

OME may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although OME strives to display the correct pricing, text and images on the site and Webshop, errors may occur.

OME cannot be held responsible for any damages caused from using the site or not being able to use the site. OME cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site given that part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by third-party organisations.

Orders & Prices
A binding purchase agreement is entered as soon as your order has been confirmed by OME and an order confirmation has been sent to the email address you have submitted to us. OME reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions like fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.

The prices in our Webshop constitute the total price (including VAT) and delivery costs only. Outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. OME cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay additional charges for customs clearance.

If you have been charged with the wrong amount in the Webshop, OME will give you the option to either place a new order with the correct price or to cancel your order. OME reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is not correct. In such case, we will notify you by either email or phone. If OME is unable to establish a contact, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and within the predetermined time frame.

Order Confirmation
Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the address you have submitted to us. The order confirmation entails (1) order number, (2) overview of item(s) ordered and (3) payment and delivery details. The order confirmation is solely an acknowledgement that your order was received by OME rather than an acceptance.

Shipping Confirmation
Once an order is send off from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email is send to the address you have submitted to us. The shipping confirmation email entails (1) order number, (2) overview of item(s) ordered, (3) payment and delivery details and (4) a postal tracking number.

Payment
We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna. If you pay by credit card the total amount will be reserved on your account immediately when the order is placed. The money is then charged when your order is registered for delivery from our warehouse. Subsequently, you will then receive a confirmation containing a receipt of the purchase.

All credit/debit card transactions on our Website are processed using Stripe, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Shipping
OME offers free shipping and returns on all orders worldwide. OME works with two postal services providers. For shipments within Sweden, OME delivers its goods through PostNord AB. For shipments outside of Sweden OME delivers its goods through UPS. We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri). Estimated delivery time within Sweden 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time for international shipments are 2-4 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
OME offers free returns on all orders. Customers from Sweden are entitled to return their order within 7 business days. International customers are entitled to return their order within 14 business days. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, free of scratches and with original packaging and invoice. The financial responsibility for the return lies at the customer until it reaches OME’s warehouse. We therefore recommend using OME’s return slip and service provided in the package sent to you.

Repayments will be conducted as soon as possible, however, at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by OME. Funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using a credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account immediately and it might take your bank up to 10 business days to process it.

Please follow the below steps to return or exchange your item:
Place the item(s) you want to return in the original package

  1. Fill out the return form, put it in the box and attach the return label on top of the box
  2. Leave the parcel at your closest post office or schedule a pick-up through UPS.
  3. Please keep a copy of your return receipt from PostNord/UPS in case anything should happen during the return process.

Receiving a faulty item
OME ensures that all products are accurately checked through our quality control procedures before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item is damaged or otherwise faulty, please notify OME immediately. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) customers are entitled to complain about faulty items within three years. Please note that normal wear and tear does not constitute a faulty item. Customers should notify OME within a reasonable period of time (two to four month) from the first purchase.

You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and store copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided this Copyright Permission Notice is included in all such copies. You may not charge anyone for use of the material and you may not publish, duplicate or otherwise distribute the material to others without prior consent from OME. You may not modify the material in any way, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner.

Trademarks
Among others, our trademarks include the OH MY EYES AB name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

Privacy Policy
We handle personal information saved at the site with utmost care. By making an order at the Webshop (for example, buying goods and / or signing up for newsletters), the customer agrees that OME uses the customer’s personal data in the context of the company’s operations.

OME ensures that personal data from customers are handled safely in accordance with the rules laid down by the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). Personal data will never be disclosed to third parties by OME, unless it is done to fulfil OME’s commitment to customers, for example, for the transport of purchased goods from OME to the customer.

Customers have the right to review their information on file at any point in time. This can be accessed by emailing [email protected] All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. OME reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Links
The site may contain links to other websites beyond OME’s reach. OME cannot, at any time, be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites.

Colours
OME cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life colours of our products. The colours can be reflected differently depending partly on the colour and screen setting of your computer and monitor.

Governing Law
Any disputes under this agreement will be governed by Swedish Law. The laws of your country may differ from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding the use of OME’s website.
